Lisa Brindle Talbot is an associate with Cotten Schmidt & Abbott. Ms. Talbot specializes in civil litigation. She has successfully defended the Firm's clients at depositions and hearings throughout the country. During her practice, she has handled a variety of cases in state and federal courts including
commercial disputes, fraud, construction defects, maritime actions, and products and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Talbot served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Ellen Abrecht at the Superior
Court for the District of Columbia. In this capacity, she prepared draft opinions and managed a complex civil trial docket
consisting of medical malpractice, personal injury, and labor and employment lawsuits.
Ms. Talbot was born in Nyack, New York. She resides in Houston, Texas with her husband David.
