Mr. Cheak’s legal practice encompasses a broad range of general business and litigation matters. Mr. Cheak’s experience includes advising and counseling in the areas of civil litigation; business and transactional law; probate and estate administration; real estate transactions and litigation; wills, trusts, and estate planning; and commercial litigation. Before attending law school, Mr. Cheak worked as a clerk for the law firm of Kearney-Wynn in Fort Worth and a project assistant in the litigation section of Jones Day in Dallas.

Mr. Cheak returns to Fort Worth with his wife, Jennifer and their son, Cooper.
