LUIS R. RODRIGUEZ has represented transportation and industrial clients throughout South Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast since 1999. He has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation from cases assessment through jury verdict and judgment. He has successfully tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts in Texas and out-of-state and has been admitted to federal courts in Texas, Florida, and Arkansas. He has also been involved in the management of a nationwide products liability docket against toxic tort claims for an industrial client and a nationwide litigation docket for a trucking company as part of the firm’s national counsel team. In addition to trying cases in various jurisdictions, Mr. Rodriguez has an active motions docket and has successfully argued for the dismissal of his clients in several instances.
